For businesses with high check volume, UMB’s remote deposit service lets you make check deposits from your office with improved accuracy and access to features like electronic check conversion, online reports and remittance processing.
Customers using Remote Deposit Capture transitioned that service to UMB in July 2025.
New for customers
UMB processes remote deposits overnight. After depositing checks remotely, users will be able to see the deposit summary and details in the Remote Deposit application. Remote deposit credits to your account will appear in your online banking transactions the following business day.
Mobile Remote Deposit Capture
Premier Business Online Banking users will have access to mobile Remote Deposit Capture (mRDC) within the online banking menus. This feature does not require any action, as enrollment is automatic once accessed.
For business accounts which require the ability to make mobile deposits greater than $25,000, you will need to enroll in UMB’s Business Mobile Deposit solution. Contact your treasury management officer for more information.
