  • Dual authorization is required for wires initiated through online banking. Domestic and International USD are available.
  • Batch wires are available via SFTP file transmission. Please reach out to your Treasury Management officer to learn more.

Your previous wire sender information that was sent with a wire payment message was filled from the Account field.

Beginning October 14:

  • Your wire sender information is populated from the Subsidiary field within the wire form.
  • Wire Intermediary is no longer an available field. Outgoing wires that require an intermediary are routed by UMB using its wire routing tools.
FX wires are not available in Premier Business Online Banking. If you currently initiate FX wires online, you will receive a separate communication.

Online wires for personal (consumer) accounts:
If you send wires in online banking for your personal (consumer) accounts, you are not able to do so at UMB. You can send wires from consumer accounts by visiting your local branch, or as an authorized user via phone call.

Review our Wires resources, including video demos and user guides for adding recipients, creating a template and more.

Please remember: We will never contact you to request or confirm confidential information or request a video call, and we’ll never ask for sensitive data like PINs, or online banking usernames, passwords or access codes.
